Guam has been heavily impacted by a typhoon, with strong winds exceeding 70 meters per second toppling trees and causing damage to store windows and signs.

The traffic lights have also stopped working, and there is a water outage.

グアムは台風の影響で第被害を受けています。風速70mを超える強風で町中の木が根っこからなぎ倒され、店の窓ガラスや看板も破壊されています。

信号機は止まり、街は大渋滞。断水で水が出ません。
