日中クラス☀️のご紹介！
日中クラスでは、1日を通してしっかりとテニスに向き合える充実したプログラムが特徴です。
〜午前〜
まずは、2時間のテニス練習🎾で技術向上を図り、その後1時間のトレーニング🏋️を通じて体力やフィジカルを強化します！
〜午後〜
午後も2時間のテニス練習があり、朝からの練習で得た課題を再確認しながらさらなるスキルアップを目指します！
〜夕方〜
夕方の練習は自由参加。個々のペースに合わせて、さらに練習を深めたり、リフレッシュする時間としています。
海外遠征や国内大会への挑戦
選手たちは積極的に海外遠征や国内の大会に参加し、実践経験を積み重ねています。異なる環境やレベルの高い相手との試合を通じて、技術面だけでなく精神面でも大きな成長が期待できます。
日々の濃密な練習と実戦経験が、選手たちの目標達成を力強くサポートしています。これからも新しい挑戦と成長を応援しています！

Introduction to the Daytime Program☀️
Our daytime program is designed to provide players with a comprehensive schedule, allowing them to focus on tennis throughout the day.
Morning
The day begins with 2 hours of tennis practice 🎾 to improve technical skills, followed by 1 hour of training 🏋️ to enhance physical strength and overall fitness.
Afternoon
In the afternoon, players participate in another 2-hour tennis session, revisiting the morning’s lessons and working toward further skill development.
Evening
Evening practice is optional, giving players the flexibility to deepen their training at their own pace or use the time to recover and recharge.
Challenging Overseas Tours and Domestic Tournaments
Our players actively participate in overseas tours and domestic tournaments, gaining valuable match experience. Competing in different environments and against higher-level opponents helps players grow not only technically but also mentally, fostering significant personal development.
With rigorous daily training and practical experience, we are committed to supporting our players in achieving their goals. We will continue to encourage new challenges and personal growth!
Support for U.S. University Admissions
